What we do
We are appointed by Polish courts as court supervisor, interim court supervisor, arrangement supervisor, administrator and insolvency trustee in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. We also advise creditors on all restructuring and insolvency matters, for Polish and international clients, especially companies.
Our President of the Management Board, Karol Tatara, is a qualified restructuring advisor (insolvency practitioner licence no. 682 issued by the Polish Minister of Justice). This qualification is required under Polish law to act in proceedings concerning large enterprises. All members of our Management Board are licensed restructuring advisors and attorneys-at-law (radca prawny), supported by economists, court-appointed experts and accountants.
Our team has extensive experience in complex restructurings, including cross-border cases. We focus on fast restructuring, mainly out of court, but we use the full range of restructuring and insolvency tools available under Polish law, including pre-pack sales.
Based in Kraków, with an office in Warsaw, we operate throughout Poland and, where needed, abroad, through a network of cooperating law firms and other professionals.
